微媒體在圖書館信息服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用及發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和移動(dòng)終端的不斷更新和發(fā)展,以微博、微信為代表的網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體迅速興起和發(fā)展。微博、微信等微媒體作為一種不斷發(fā)展的信息生產(chǎn)、獲取、傳播分享的新型自媒體平臺(tái),迅速成為各行各業(yè)、社會(huì)各界開展微服務(wù)的媒介基礎(chǔ)。在圖書館信息服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,微媒體的運(yùn)用突破了時(shí)空限制,為讀者提供了更加便捷、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),成為圖書館信息服務(wù)的新媒介和新方式。引入傳播學(xué)相關(guān)理論,梳理微媒體和微傳播的定義、特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上展開微媒體在圖書館信息服務(wù)中應(yīng)用發(fā)展的動(dòng)力分析:讀者為中心、服務(wù)至上的服務(wù)理念和利益驅(qū)使機(jī)制是圖書館開展微服務(wù)的內(nèi)源動(dòng)力,而新技術(shù)的推動(dòng)、讀者需求的變化和政府政策的鼓勵(lì)則是圖書館開展微服務(wù)的外源動(dòng)力,外因通過內(nèi)因起作用,內(nèi)源動(dòng)力和外源動(dòng)力的良性循環(huán)構(gòu)成了圖書館緊跟時(shí)代步伐開展信息服務(wù)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,為更加深入地探究圖書館微服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,通過問卷調(diào)查的方法,采集分析數(shù)據(jù),以定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法總結(jié)了圖書館微服務(wù)在平臺(tái)聯(lián)動(dòng)、讀者調(diào)查、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面的現(xiàn)狀和不足,同時(shí)結(jié)合微媒體在圖書館信息服務(wù)中的具體實(shí)踐,根據(jù)存在的問題有針對(duì)性地提出微媒體在圖書館信息服務(wù)中應(yīng)用發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the progress of network transmission technology and the continuous update and development of mobile terminals, new network media, represented by Weibo and WeChat, are emerging and developing rapidly. As a new type of self-media platform, such as Weibo, WeChat and WeChat, as a new type of self-media platform for information production, acquisition and sharing, WeChat has become the media foundation for various industries and all walks of life to carry out micro-services. In the field of library information services, the use of micro-media breaks through the space-time limit, provides readers with more convenient, efficient and high-quality services, and becomes a new medium and new way of library information services. Based on the introduction of communication theory and the definition and characteristics of micromedia and microcommunication, the dynamic analysis of the application and development of micromedia in library information services is carried out: reader-centered, The service idea and benefit-driven mechanism of service first is the internal motive force of the library to carry out micro-service, while the impetus of new technology, the change of readers' demand and the encouragement of government policy are the external motive force of the library to carry out micro-service. External causes play a role through internal factors, the benign cycle of endogenous power and external power constitute the dynamic mechanism of library to keep pace with the times to carry out information services. On this basis, in order to explore the current situation of library micro-service more deeply, find the existing problems, through the method of questionnaire survey, collect and analyze the data, and summarize the linkage of library micro-service on the platform with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Reader survey, team building and other aspects of the current situation and deficiencies, and combined with the specific practice of micro-media in library information services, According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the application and development of micromedia in library information service.
