【摘要】：浙江省檔案局開展的"最多跑一次"事項(xiàng)電子化歸檔是全國(guó)檔案系統(tǒng)的一次業(yè)務(wù)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐。而從全國(guó)范圍來(lái)看,對(duì)各種業(yè)務(wù)辦理系統(tǒng)的電子數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸檔一直是檔案管理部門面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和難點(diǎn),也罕有成熟和成功的案例可循。作為試點(diǎn)單位之一的杭州市檔案局通過(guò)技術(shù)引領(lǐng),結(jié)合自身實(shí)踐,提出了一種對(duì)電子業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)歸檔的具體業(yè)務(wù)思路和實(shí)踐路徑。
[Abstract]:The electronic filing of the most running item carried out by the Zhejiang Provincial Archives Bureau is a business and technological innovation practice of the national archives system. From a national point of view, filing electronic data of various business management systems has always been a challenge and difficulty for the archives management department, and there are few mature and successful cases to follow. As one of the pilot units, Hangzhou Archives Bureau, through technical guidance and combined with its own practice, puts forward a specific business thinking and practical path for filing electronic business data.
