【摘要】：圖書館組織氛圍測評(píng)是圖書館自發(fā)開展的評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng),其目的是培養(yǎng)健康的圖書館組織氛圍�；趪鴥�(nèi)外有關(guān)圖書館組織氛圍研究的梳理,以流程管理思想為理論基礎(chǔ),參考Climate QUAL~汶測評(píng)流程、結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和專家咨詢結(jié)果所構(gòu)建的適合我國圖書館組織氛圍的測評(píng)流程可分為前期準(zhǔn)備、測評(píng)實(shí)施和反饋優(yōu)化3個(gè)階段。貫穿整個(gè)測評(píng)過程的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量控制方法包括:構(gòu)建科學(xué)的指標(biāo)體系、調(diào)查對象的控制、問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的控制和調(diào)查專員的培訓(xùn)等。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of library organizational atmosphere is a spontaneous evaluation activity of library, the purpose of which is to cultivate a healthy organizational atmosphere of library. Based on the research of library organizational atmosphere both at home and abroad, based on the theory of process management and referring to the Climate QUAL~ assessment process, Based on the results of literature investigation and expert consultation, the evaluation process suitable for the organizational atmosphere of libraries in China can be divided into three stages: pre-preparation, evaluation implementation and feedback optimization. The data quality control methods that run through the whole evaluation process include constructing scientific index system, controlling the object of investigation, controlling the questionnaire investigation system and training the investigation specialists, and so on.
