【摘要】：針對(duì)高校圖書館管理對(duì)于新任館長(zhǎng)是一項(xiàng)充滿挑戰(zhàn)的工作這一事實(shí),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)象學(xué)研究方法考察了上任時(shí)間不到一年的4個(gè)新館長(zhǎng)在適應(yīng)期內(nèi)的經(jīng)歷,結(jié)果顯示新館長(zhǎng)成功適應(yīng)新崗位通常采取的行動(dòng)和策略包括:做好準(zhǔn)備工作、通過調(diào)研打開局面、致力溝通與信任、建立和諧關(guān)系。參考文獻(xiàn)13。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the management of university library is a challenging task for the new curator, this paper investigates the experience of the four new curators who have been in office for less than one year during the adaptation period by means of phenomenological research. The results show that the actions and strategies usually taken by the new curator to adapt to the new post include: preparing well, opening up the situation through investigation, striving to communicate and trust, and establishing harmonious relationship. 13 refs.
