【摘要】：電子檔案是企業(yè)從事經營活動的重要組成部分,具有數(shù)據(jù)易恢復、備份簡單、使用成本較低等優(yōu)勢。因此,電子檔案建設工作應當受到企業(yè)檔案管理部門的重視。然而,目前我國企業(yè)對電子檔案建設的重視度不夠,電子檔案建設效果不佳,這嚴重影響了電子檔案作用的發(fā)揮。我國企業(yè)應以現(xiàn)代化技術為背景,從管理、存儲、資源共享等方面建設電子檔案,將檔案電子化工作融入到企業(yè)的生產、經營、管理等領域,充分彰顯電子檔案的便捷性。
[Abstract]:Electronic file is an important part of business activities. It has the advantages of easy data recovery, simple backup and low cost. Therefore, the construction of electronic archives should be taken seriously by the enterprise archives management department. However, at present, the enterprises in our country pay less attention to the construction of electronic archives, and the effect of the construction of electronic archives is not good, which seriously affects the function of electronic archives. The enterprises of our country should take the modern technology as the background, construct the electronic archives from the aspects of management, storage and resource sharing, and integrate the electronic archives work into the production, management, management and other fields of the enterprises, so as to fully demonstrate the convenience of the electronic archives.
