【摘要】：企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)研究的重要議題,但目前相關(guān)研究主要是從主動(dòng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)視角進(jìn)行分析,即競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力給企業(yè)自身所帶來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)以及對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的作用。而從相對(duì)視角來(lái)看,一家企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力恰恰是其他企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅的來(lái)源之一。這也應(yīng)是企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究的關(guān)注內(nèi)容。本文從企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)視角出發(fā),綜合企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)研究的資源與市場(chǎng)視角,在引入技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角的基礎(chǔ)上,從競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力視角構(gòu)建了企業(yè)威脅分析框架;通過(guò)對(duì)不同維度的操作化定義,以定量方式描述了某一企業(yè)所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅。環(huán)保領(lǐng)域上市公司的實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,在一定程度上驗(yàn)證了本文所提出框架與測(cè)度方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness of enterprises is an important topic in the research of competitive intelligence, but at present, the related research is mainly from the angle of active competition, that is, the competitive advantages brought to the enterprises and their functions on the development of enterprises. From a relative angle of view, the competitiveness of an enterprise is precisely one of the sources of competition threats to the development of other enterprises. This should also be the concern of the study of competition between enterprises. In this paper, from the perspective of inter-firm competition, combining the resource and market perspective of enterprise competition, and introducing the perspective of technological innovation, this paper constructs the enterprise threat analysis framework from the perspective of competitiveness. By defining different dimensions of operation, the paper describes the competitive threats faced by an enterprise in a quantitative way. The empirical analysis results of listed companies in the field of environmental protection, to some extent, verify the rationality of the proposed framework and measurement methods.
