【摘要】：以樟木為研究對象,采用環(huán)境模擬實驗艙法與環(huán)境因素加速老化系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的方法,探討了樟木揮發(fā)物對檔案紙質(zhì)材料耐久性的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)樟木揮發(fā)物處理后的紙質(zhì)檔案的耐久性均有所降低。通過對比觀察紙張表面微觀形貌變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)樟木揮發(fā)物處理后的紙張纖維老化后有輕微的黏結(jié)、斷裂現(xiàn)象;進(jìn)一步采用活性炭吸附-脫附法與氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用(GC-MS)技術(shù),測試出樟木揮發(fā)物的主要成分包括烷烴、烯烴、有機(jī)酸等,其中有機(jī)酸為活性污染物,對纖維大分子結(jié)構(gòu)造成破壞,降低紙張的耐久性。因此,在使用樟木作為紙質(zhì)檔案和文物的裝具時,建議要盡量避免直接接觸,注意庫房通風(fēng),防止有害氣體富集,為延長檔案壽命創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境條件。
[Abstract]:The effects of volatiles of camphor wood on the durability of archival paper materials were studied by using the method of environment simulation experiment cabin and the accelerated aging system of environmental factors. The results showed that the durability of the paper files treated with camphor volatiles was decreased. It was found that the paper fiber treated by camphor wood volatiles had slight adhesion and fracture after aging. The main components of camphor volatiles including alkanes, olefins, organic acids and so on were determined by means of activated carbon adsorption-desorption and GC-MS (GC-MS), in which organic acids were active pollutants. Damage to fiber macromolecular structure, reduce the durability of paper. Therefore, it is suggested that camphor wood should avoid direct contact, pay attention to the ventilation of storerooms, prevent the accumulation of harmful gases, and create good environmental conditions for prolonging the life of archives when using camphor wood as a fitting tool for paper archives and cultural relics.
