【摘要】：質(zhì)量控制是預(yù)印本服務(wù)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。當(dāng)前國(guó)際通行的預(yù)印本質(zhì)量控制措施包括"上傳者和作者的研究身份審核""論文格式完整性審核"和"論文內(nèi)容學(xué)術(shù)性和真實(shí)性審核"三方面,審核方式以人工審核為主、機(jī)器審核為輔。中國(guó)科學(xué)院科技論文預(yù)發(fā)布平臺(tái)(ChinaXiv)按國(guó)際通行模式建立質(zhì)量控制機(jī)制,包括論文常規(guī)審核制、領(lǐng)域?qū)＜以u(píng)審制、論文開(kāi)放評(píng)議制、問(wèn)題論文撤稿制和非誠(chéng)信作者名單制等。未來(lái)可從優(yōu)化平臺(tái)注冊(cè)和上傳流程、提高機(jī)器輔助審核能力,推動(dòng)建立更加完善的開(kāi)放同行評(píng)議機(jī)制,確保質(zhì)量控制政策公開(kāi)透明等方面做出改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Quality control is an important link in preprint service. The current international quality control measures for preprints include three aspects: "uploader and author's research identity audit", "paper format integrity audit" and "paper content academic and authenticity audit", with manual verification as the main auditing method. Machine audit is auxiliary. (ChinaXiv), a pre-publishing platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences, establishes a quality control mechanism according to the prevailing international model, including the regular review system of papers, the expert review system in the field, the open evaluation system of papers, the withdrawal system of problem papers and the list of dishonest authors, etc. In the future, we can optimize the registration and upload process of the platform, improve the ability of machine-aided audit, promote the establishment of a more perfect open peer review mechanism, and ensure that the quality control policy is open and transparent.
