【摘要】：文章通過實地考察、文獻調(diào)研等方法在全面了解荷蘭萊頓大學科學技術研究中心(CWTS)和比利時研發(fā)監(jiān)測中心(ECOOM)兩個機構主要研究領域的基礎上,重點分析了兩個機構的科研特色和發(fā)展特點,進而提出我國信息情報研究機構在建設和發(fā)展過程中,要深入開展基礎理論研究、重視團隊建設、加強數(shù)據(jù)庫建設和產(chǎn)品發(fā)布平臺建設、服務對象多元化和服務內(nèi)容多樣化、加強國際學術交流與合作等建議。
[Abstract]:Based on a comprehensive understanding of the main research areas of (CWTS) and (ECOOM) of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, the paper makes a thorough understanding of the two main research areas through field visits, literature research and other methods. The characteristics of scientific research and development of the two institutions are emphatically analyzed, and then it is pointed out that in the process of construction and development of information and information research institutions in China, the basic theoretical research should be carried out in depth, and the team building should be attached importance to. To strengthen the construction of database and product publishing platform, the diversification of service object and service content, and the strengthening of international academic exchange and cooperation.
