【摘要】：正1活動背景隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快和社會競爭日趨激烈,學習、生活、情感和就業(yè)等各方面的壓力越來越大,大學生的心理健康問題已成為人們關注的焦點。為進一步推動大學生心理健康教育工作,營造美麗心靈、和諧校園,上海對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學館以5.25全國大學生心理健康日為契機,開展了以"放飛心靈,共享青春"為主題的心理健康周系列活動。
[Abstract]:With the quickening pace of life and the increasingly fierce social competition, the pressure of learning, living, emotion and employment is increasing, and the psychological health of college students has become the focus of attention. In order to further promote the mental health education of college students, build a beautiful mind and harmonious campus, the Shanghai University of Foreign Trade and Economics Pavilion took 5.25 National College students' Mental Health Day as an opportunity to carry out the "Flying mind". Sharing Youth "is the theme of Mental Health week series."
