[Abstract]:Positive reading enlightens thinking, reading increases wisdom, and reading nurtures virtue. Guangzhou has been dedicated to creating "Shuxiang Sheep City" and held "Shuxiang Yangcheng-National Reading Series" for more than 10 years. In 2011, Guangzhou seized the opportunity of "building a strong city with strong culture and cultivating a famous cultural city in the world". Issued the "Scholar-Xiangyang City-five years of Reading activities for the whole people"
