【摘要】：隨著開(kāi)放存取運(yùn)動(dòng)的不斷深化推廣,作為其產(chǎn)物之一的機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)也得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,并且發(fā)揮著愈發(fā)重要的作用。建設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)有利于完善數(shù)字資源管理體系與學(xué)術(shù)交流體系,有利于提升各學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與社會(huì)地位,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)者智力成果的價(jià)值,提高學(xué)者的學(xué)術(shù)影響力,有利于推動(dòng)社會(huì)文化和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)中日機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)的比較研究,了解了在不同社會(huì)、文化背景下兩國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)的建設(shè)狀況;通過(guò)政策、資金來(lái)源、技術(shù)、內(nèi)容建設(shè)和版權(quán)機(jī)制等五個(gè)方面對(duì)中日機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了具體的比較分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了我國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題以及日本機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)過(guò)程中的可取之處,為我國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)帶來(lái)了啟示,提出了完善我國(guó)機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫(kù)建設(shè)的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the open access movement, the institutional knowledge base, which is one of its products, has been developed rapidly and plays an increasingly important role. The establishment of institutional knowledge base is beneficial to the improvement of digital resource management system and academic exchange system, to the promotion of academic competitiveness and social status of academic institutions and scientific research institutions, and to the realization of the value of intellectual achievements of scholars. Improving the academic influence of scholars is conducive to promoting the development of social culture and education. Through the comparative study on the construction of institutional knowledge base between China and Japan, this paper finds out the construction situation of institutional knowledge base in different societies and cultures. Through the policy, the source of funds, the technology, the content construction and the copyright mechanism, the paper makes a concrete comparative analysis of the institutional knowledge base between China and Japan. The problems existing in the process of institutional knowledge base construction in China and the desirability in the process of building institutional knowledge base in Japan are found out, which brings enlightenment to the construction of institutional knowledge base in China, and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the construction of institutional knowledge base in China.
