【摘要】：研究方法是一門學(xué)科成熟度和發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。本文希望通過對(duì)檔案學(xué)期刊論文中定量研究方法應(yīng)用情況的統(tǒng)計(jì),總結(jié)出定量研究方法的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),并分析其對(duì)我國檔案學(xué)研究起到的積極影響和現(xiàn)存問題,從而揭示定量研究方法對(duì)我國檔案學(xué)發(fā)展的重要意義,最終為檔案人員日后運(yùn)用定量研究方法進(jìn)行檔案學(xué)研究提供方法層次的參考和借鑒。本文緒論部分首先闡明檔案學(xué)定量研究方法的概念范疇,從定量研究方法內(nèi)涵以及判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行闡述。其次,梳理國內(nèi)外檔案學(xué)及相關(guān)學(xué)科針對(duì)定量研究方法展開的科學(xué)研究情況,通過比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國檔案學(xué)界在定量研究方法領(lǐng)域的研究優(yōu)勢和不足,吸收和借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),為本文撰寫提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。正文第一部分對(duì)檔案學(xué)研究中定量研究方法的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)。首先選取論文進(jìn)行試分析,對(duì)檔案學(xué)定量研究方法的種類進(jìn)行劃分,明確其概念含義,為本文的后續(xù)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,以2013-2015年的《檔案學(xué)通訊》《檔案學(xué)研究》《中國檔案》《檔案管理》《檔案與建設(shè)》五種期刊中刊載的論文為數(shù)據(jù)來源,逐篇閱讀,選取其中運(yùn)用定量研究方法的論文進(jìn)行深入分析,梳理出文章脈絡(luò)并概括每一篇論文運(yùn)用的具體定量研究方法,進(jìn)而從定量研究論文數(shù)量、定量研究方法數(shù)量、定量研究方法與研究主題的關(guān)系以及論文的作者群體等方面分別對(duì)調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和其它定量研究方法的應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)說明。正文第二部分基于第一部分的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,分析檔案學(xué)定量研究方法的應(yīng)用情況及特點(diǎn)。在論文數(shù)量上,雖然定量研究論文數(shù)總體較少,但呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步增長的趨勢;在具體定量研究方法的應(yīng)用上,呈現(xiàn)出描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法應(yīng)用較集中和其他學(xué)科方法應(yīng)用增多的特點(diǎn);在研究主題與定量研究方法之間的關(guān)系方面,呈現(xiàn)出定量研究涉及領(lǐng)域較廣泛以及實(shí)驗(yàn)法等應(yīng)用專門化的特點(diǎn);在作者群體方面,高校及檔案局(館)是定量研究論文的高產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),并且形成了以核心作者為中心的簡單的合著網(wǎng)絡(luò)。最后一部分,分析了定量研究方法對(duì)檔案學(xué)研究產(chǎn)生的積極影響及現(xiàn)階段應(yīng)用定量研究方法的不足之處�；趯�(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,結(jié)合檔案學(xué)研究的實(shí)際情況,這一部分首先論述了定量研究方法在擴(kuò)大檔案學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,推動(dòng)檔案學(xué)研究過程規(guī)范化,加強(qiáng)檔案學(xué)研究結(jié)果有效性和促進(jìn)檔案學(xué)研究方法多元化發(fā)展四個(gè)方面起到的積極影響;最后闡釋了當(dāng)前定量研究方法應(yīng)用過程中存在的問題,包括定量研究方法的表述及應(yīng)用不規(guī)范,定量研究方法運(yùn)用不均衡,缺乏多種方法的協(xié)同運(yùn)用,存在為定量而定量的現(xiàn)象四方面。
[Abstract]:The research method is an important symbol of the maturity and development level of a discipline. This paper hopes to sum up the application characteristics of quantitative research methods through statistics on the application of quantitative research methods in archival journal papers, and to analyze its positive influence on archives research in China and the existing problems. Thus, it reveals the significance of quantitative research method to the development of archives science in China, and finally provides reference for archivists to use quantitative research method for archival research in the future. In the introduction part of this paper, the concept category of quantitative research method of archives is clarified, and the connotation and criterion of quantitative research method are expounded. Secondly, combing the scientific research situation of domestic and foreign archives and related disciplines aiming at quantitative research methods, through comparative analysis, we find the advantages and disadvantages of archival science in the field of quantitative research methods in our country. Absorb and draw lessons from the research experience of related disciplines at home and abroad, provide a realistic basis for writing this paper. The first part of the text makes statistics on the application of quantitative research methods in archival research. Firstly, the paper is selected for trial analysis, the categories of quantitative research methods of archives are divided, and its conceptual meaning is clarified, which lays a foundation for the further study of this paper. Secondly, the papers published in the "Archives Newsletter" (2013-2015), "Archives Research" (China Archives), "Archives Management", "Archives and Construction", as data sources, are read one by one. The paper which uses quantitative research method is selected for in-depth analysis, combing out the context of the article and summarizing the specific quantitative research methods used in each paper, and then from the number of quantitative research papers, quantitative research methods, the number of quantitative research methods, The relationship between quantitative research methods and research topics and the author population of the paper were statistically explained on the application of investigation method, literature research method, experimental method and other quantitative research methods. The second part analyzes the application and characteristics of the quantitative research method of archival science based on the statistical results of the first part. In terms of the number of papers, although the number of quantitative research papers on the whole is relatively small, but showing a steady growth trend; In the application of specific quantitative research methods, the application of descriptive statistics and other methods is more concentrated and the application of other disciplines is increasing. In the relation between the research subject and the quantitative research methods, the quantitative research involves a wide range of fields, as well as the characteristics of specialized applications such as experimental methods. In terms of author group, universities and archives are high yield institutions for quantitative research, and form a simple coauthor network centered on core authors. In the last part, the author analyzes the positive influence of quantitative research method on archival research and the deficiency of applying quantitative research method at present. Based on the statistics and analysis of data, combined with the actual situation of archival research, this part first discusses the quantitative research method in expanding the field of archival research and promoting the standardization of archival research process. Strengthening the effectiveness of archival research results and promoting the diversified development of archival research methods play a positive role in four aspects; Finally, the problems existing in the application of quantitative research methods are explained, including the non-standard description and application of quantitative research methods, the uneven use of quantitative research methods, and the lack of collaborative use of many methods. There are four aspects of quantitative and quantitative phenomena.
