【摘要】：科研評(píng)估對(duì)科研產(chǎn)出統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及科研信息管理系統(tǒng)的依賴(lài)不斷加強(qiáng),這為圖書(shū)館強(qiáng)化文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量工作和機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)建設(shè)帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇。文章在分析當(dāng)前科研評(píng)估基本模式、圖書(shū)館參與科研評(píng)估的可行性,以及在研信息系統(tǒng)(CRIS)與機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)整合方法的基礎(chǔ)上,從數(shù)據(jù)、系統(tǒng)、機(jī)構(gòu)定位等方面對(duì)圖書(shū)館利用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量與機(jī)構(gòu)庫(kù)開(kāi)展科研評(píng)估服務(wù)提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The reliance of scientific research evaluation on the statistical analysis of scientific research output and the scientific research information management system is constantly strengthened, which brings opportunities for the library to strengthen the document measurement work and the construction of institutional bank. On the basis of analyzing the basic model of current scientific research evaluation, the feasibility of library participating in scientific research evaluation, and the method of integrating research information system (CRIS) with organization library, the paper analyzes the data, system and system. This paper puts forward some suggestions for library to carry out scientific research evaluation service by using document metrology and institution bank.
