【摘要】：文章利用Ucinet和VOSviewer等工具,通過信息計(jì)量方法,對我國國家層面現(xiàn)有的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放共享政策文件從發(fā)布時(shí)間、政策類型、發(fā)布部門及政策內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行分析。最終得出結(jié)論:我國各部門雖然已經(jīng)開始重視政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放共享工作,但尚未形成一個(gè)全國統(tǒng)一的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放共享政策體系,各部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)合作,提高數(shù)據(jù)互通效率,進(jìn)一步提高政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放共享質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:By using the tools of Ucinet and VOSviewer, this paper analyzes the existing government data open and sharing policy documents at the national level in China from the aspects of release time, policy type, release department and policy content through the method of information measurement. Finally, it is concluded that although all departments in our country have begun to attach importance to the open sharing of government data, they have not yet formed a unified national policy system of open and sharing government data, and all departments should strengthen cooperation to improve the efficiency of data exchange. We will further improve the quality of open sharing of government data.
