基于關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)的漢語專利信息資源聚合研究
[Abstract]:Patent information resource is an important information resource, which contains abundant information of science and technology, economy, law and so on. Researchers often obtain patent information through online retrieval, and then analyze and obtain important patent information to serve all aspects of science and technology. However, in the current patent information retrieval service, the retrieval results are often relatively simple and lack of guidance to the user, so it is difficult for the user to obtain various information in one retrieval. For example, the patent information corresponding to other scientific and technological words with multiple semantic connections to the key words, the specific information about inventors and institutions, and so on. If we can aggregate these relevant information together through the improvement of technology, and make the user get more patent related information through one retrieval as much as possible, the retrieval efficiency will be greatly improved. Based on the above considerations, this paper introduces the technology of associated data, using the characteristics of associated data, such as standardization, relevance, universality and so on, attempts to associate various Chinese patent information resources based on the technology of associated data. Construct the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources. In the course of the research, this paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the aggregation of related data and patent information resources, and then puts forward the problem of constructing the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources based on the associated data. Secondly, the relevant theories of the related data and the Chinese patent information resources are studied, which will lay a theoretical foundation for the following research. Then, on this basis, the appropriate Chinese patent information resources are selected as the research objectives: patent monograph, patent legal status information, patent important related person information, scientific and technological organization information, patent agency information. In the context of information association from the subject point of view, the intelligent material and structure technology volume of Chinese scientific and technological words system is introduced, and the relationship between the words is supplemented by CITIC's previous research results. Moreover, the key words of patent are extracted based on certain algorithm, which is defined as the subject of patent field. Taking magnetoelectric sensor as an example, the framework of Chinese patent information resource aggregation based on associated data is designed and constructed. Finally, the concrete construction process of Chinese patent information resource aggregation based on associated data is designed, and an open source content management framework, Drupal, is adopted to realize the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources on the basis of associated data. The effect is demonstrated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of this study. Based on the aggregation of Chinese patent information resources based on association data technology, this study aims to provide users with better patent information retrieval and semantic analysis services. And the implementation of information association with other areas laid the foundation.
