【摘要】： 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，世界范圍內(nèi)的工業(yè)作為一個有機整體正在經(jīng)歷一段大規(guī)模的更新和結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整過程。在此過程中，大量工業(yè)主體的消亡導(dǎo)致同等數(shù)量級的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的出現(xiàn)，成為那些在歷史中曾經(jīng)的輝煌與燦爛超越了時代的唯一見證。工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的大規(guī)模出現(xiàn)使得工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護和工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護研究作為獨立的學(xué)科和學(xué)術(shù)在上世紀末開始逐漸活躍起來。本文正是以此為契機，從幾個不同的方面探討構(gòu)建完整獨立的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護體系的可能性和現(xiàn)實性，并嘗試在現(xiàn)有文物學(xué)、考古學(xué)、歷史建筑保護、城市規(guī)劃與管理等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究的基礎(chǔ)上建立起一個這樣的體系，以希冀能填補工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護體系建構(gòu)的空白。 論文側(cè)重理論研究，從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)生背景和工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護研究的理論基礎(chǔ)著手，分析工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的價值構(gòu)成，明確提出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護的核心在于技術(shù)價值的保護，從而建立工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價值評價和保護評價體系；在此基礎(chǔ)上從方法論的角度對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)技術(shù)價值保護的模式和方法進行論述，指出保護的方法就是將保護技術(shù)價值這個虛體轉(zhuǎn)化為保護承載技術(shù)價值的物理對象和媒體介質(zhì)，從方法論上給出了技術(shù)價值保護的思路；為了增強工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護體系的現(xiàn)實性，本文還特別研究分析了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護的決策體系和該體系中各利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系，以求能夠盡可能滿足各方的利益訴求，形成目標明確的自上而下與自下而上結(jié)合的有效的決策體系；貫穿全文各章的相互聯(lián)系又各有側(cè)重的實例分析，以及最后特別獨立成章的對一個案例的完整的全流程分析，則作為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護體系的可操作性的印證。 論文的理論核心是：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價值的核心在于它所承載的技術(shù)的價值，因此保護工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的核心就是保護工業(yè)技術(shù)的價值。論文正是以此命名。工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護程序，，包括價值評價、保護評價、保護模式和方法，都該圍繞“技術(shù)價值”這個核心而展開，從而由內(nèi)涵到外延真正完成對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護。該觀點不同于建筑學(xué)領(lǐng)域從閑置空間再利用角度對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的研究，對文物保護體系來說也是一個必要的補充。 論文借用企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)成果，引入“利益相關(guān)者”理論，建立了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)利益相關(guān)者權(quán)力屬性模型，以分析工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護決策體系中各利益角色的相互關(guān)系，這可以作為一種新的視角和方法，為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the worldwide industry as an organic whole is undergoing a period of large-scale renewal and structural adjustment process. In this process, the demise of a large number of industrial subjects led to the emergence of industrial heritage of the same order of magnitude, which became the only witness of those who had been brilliant and splendid in history. With the emergence of industrial heritage, the research on industrial heritage protection and industrial heritage conservation, as an independent subject and academic field, began to become active gradually at the end of last century. This paper takes this opportunity to explore the possibility and reality of constructing a complete and independent industrial heritage protection system from several different aspects, and tries to protect the existing cultural relics, archaeology and historical buildings. Based on the research of urban planning and management and other related fields, this paper establishes such a system in the hope of filling the gap in the construction of industrial heritage protection system. From the background of industrial heritage and the theoretical basis of industrial heritage protection, this paper analyzes the value composition of industrial heritage, and points out that the core of industrial heritage protection is the protection of technical value. Thus, the evaluation system of industrial heritage value and protection is established. On the basis of this, this paper discusses the mode and method of protecting the technical value of industrial heritage from the perspective of methodology, and points out that the method of protection is to transform the virtual body of protecting the value of technology into the physical object and media medium to protect the value of technology. The thought of technical value protection is given in methodology. In order to enhance the reality of the industrial heritage protection system, this paper also studies and analyzes the decision-making system of industrial heritage protection and the relationship between the stakeholders in the system, in order to satisfy the interests of all parties as much as possible. Forming an effective decision-making system that combines top-down and bottom-up with clear goals; The case analysis, which runs through the interrelation of each chapter of the paper, and the whole process analysis of a case, which is especially independent, is regarded as the proof of the maneuverability of the industrial heritage protection system. The theoretical core of the thesis is: the core of industrial heritage value lies in the value of the technology it carries, so the core of protecting industrial heritage is to protect the value of industrial technology. This is the name of the paper. The procedure of industrial heritage protection, including the evaluation of value, the mode and method of protection, should be carried out around the core of "technical value", so that the protection of industrial heritage can be realized from intension to extension. This view is different from the study of industrial heritage in the field of architecture from the perspective of the reuse of idle space, and it is also a necessary supplement to the system of cultural relic protection. Based on the relevant achievements in the field of enterprise management, this paper introduces the theory of "stakeholder" and establishes the power attribute model of industrial heritage stakeholders to analyze the relationship between the various interest roles in the decision-making system of industrial heritage protection. It can be used as a new perspective and method to provide reference for industrial heritage protection decision.
