【摘要】：在數(shù)據(jù)共享背景下,以化學(xué)學(xué)科為例,基于科研人員在學(xué)術(shù)期刊、數(shù)據(jù)期刊、數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)庫(kù)三種數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表過程中可能的需求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有科研數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索性構(gòu)建科研數(shù)據(jù)管理與共享政策的宣傳與推廣、化學(xué)科研數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表專題培訓(xùn)、化學(xué)科研數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表咨詢、化學(xué)科研數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)四種多元化、嵌入式、全方位、個(gè)性化的面向科研數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)表的圖書館服務(wù)。實(shí)施以上服務(wù)需要三個(gè)方面的保障機(jī)制,包括服務(wù)協(xié)同、能力提升、技術(shù)支持。
