【摘要】：[目的/意義]學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)方法是衡量發(fā)文作者、發(fā)文期刊、發(fā)文機(jī)構(gòu)等的學(xué)術(shù)水平的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。選擇合適的學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)方法能夠全面反應(yīng)學(xué)術(shù)成果的影響力。[方法/過(guò)程]采用綜合歸納的方法,選取同行評(píng)議、文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量和替代計(jì)量三種評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]同行評(píng)議仍是目前應(yīng)用較為廣泛的手段,但由于成本高、評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中主觀(guān)性強(qiáng)等局限性,出現(xiàn)了新的評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)其補(bǔ)充,以引文為基礎(chǔ)的評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)影響力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),替代計(jì)量對(duì)社會(huì)影響力和社會(huì)關(guān)注度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance academic evaluation method is an important standard to measure the academic level of the author, journal, organization, etc. Choosing the appropriate method of academic evaluation can fully reflect the influence of academic achievements. [methods] three evaluation methods, peer review, literature measurement and alternative measurement, were used to sort out the current research situation at home and abroad. [results / conclusion] Peer review is still a more widely used method at present, but because of its high cost and the limitation of subjectivity in the evaluation process, a new evaluation method is introduced to supplement it. The evaluation method based on citation is used to evaluate academic influence and to evaluate social influence and social concern instead of measurement.
