基于用戶體驗的數(shù)字檔案館服務研究

【摘要】:體驗經(jīng)濟時代,用戶體驗受到越來越多的關注。數(shù)字檔案用戶是數(shù)字檔案館服務的主體,基于用戶體驗的數(shù)字檔案館服務對滿足用戶需求、推動數(shù)字檔案館的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、促進智慧城市的建設有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。為明確當前基于用戶體驗的數(shù)字檔案館服務現(xiàn)狀。一方面通過網(wǎng)絡調(diào)查方式分析數(shù)字檔案館服務現(xiàn)狀。筆者通過在線咨詢、電話訪問及自身體驗相結合的方式探究代表性數(shù)字檔案館服務,包括青島數(shù)字檔案館、深圳數(shù)字檔案館、江蘇太倉數(shù)字檔案館、天津數(shù)字檔案館、上海數(shù)字檔案館。在體驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字檔案館向社會大眾提供數(shù)據(jù)庫服務、查閱服務、互動交流服務時存在的問題。另一方面通過問卷調(diào)查方式分析數(shù)字檔案館服務現(xiàn)狀。對被調(diào)查者個人基本情況、被調(diào)查者使用數(shù)字檔案館基本情況、基于用戶體驗的數(shù)字檔案館資源服務及數(shù)字檔案館服務平臺總體情況進行統(tǒng)計分析。將網(wǎng)絡調(diào)查與問卷調(diào)查二者調(diào)查結果相結合,發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字檔案館服務在服務理念、明確用戶需求、數(shù)字檔案館資源、數(shù)字檔案館服務平臺、數(shù)字檔案館用戶教育方面存在問題,體現(xiàn)出當前數(shù)字檔案館服務水平較低。隨后針對這些問題提出基于用戶體驗的數(shù)字檔案館服務策略:更新數(shù)字檔案館服務理念并切合當前檔案服務政策理念;明確數(shù)字檔案館用戶的個性化、經(jīng)濟性、高效性、愉悅性需求;升級數(shù)字檔案館資源結構,為用戶提供高質(zhì)高量、結構豐富兼具特色的數(shù)字檔案館資源;完善數(shù)字檔案館服務平臺,向用戶展示一個視覺表層整潔舒適,信息構建中導航系統(tǒng)、組織系統(tǒng)、檢索系統(tǒng)完善,互動交流合理的數(shù)字檔案館服務平臺;深化數(shù)字檔案館用戶教育,提高用戶數(shù)字檔案館體驗起點。
[Abstract]:Experience economy times, user experience receives more and more attention. Digital archives users are the main body of digital archives service. The digital archives service based on user experience has important practical significance to meet the needs of users, promote the sustainable development of digital archives and promote the construction of intelligent cities. In order to clarify the current situation of digital archives service based on user experience. On the one hand, it analyzes the current situation of digital archives service through network investigation. The author explores the representative digital archives services through online consultation, telephone access and personal experience, including Qingdao Digital Archives, Shenzhen Digital Archives, Jiangsu Taicang Digital Archives, Tianjin Digital Archives, Shanghai Digital Archives. In the experience, the problems existed in the digital archives providing database services, consulting services and interactive communication services to the public were found. On the other hand, the status of digital archives service is analyzed by questionnaire survey. The basic situation of the respondents, the basic situation of the respondents using digital archives, the digital archives resource services based on the user experience and the overall situation of the digital archives service platform are analyzed statistically. Combining the results of network investigation and questionnaire survey, it is found that there are some problems in digital archives service in the aspects of service concept, clear user demand, digital archives resources, digital archives service platform and digital archives user education. Reflects the current digital archives service level is low. Then to solve these problems, put forward the digital archives service strategy based on user experience: update the digital archives service concept and meet the current archives service policy concept; make clear the personalized, economical, efficient digital archives users, and then put forward the digital archives service strategy based on user experience: update the digital archives service concept and meet the current archives service policy concept; Pleasant demand; upgrade the structure of digital archives resources to provide users with high quality and high quality, rich structure and characteristics of digital archives resources; improve the digital archives service platform to show users a clean and comfortable visual surface, The navigation system, organization system, retrieval system, interactive exchange and reasonable service platform of digital archives in information construction, deepening the user education of digital archives and improving the starting point of users' digital archives experience.
