【摘要】：圖書(shū)館是提供信息資源和服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)機(jī)制,為了使用戶(hù)更加便捷地獲取相關(guān)的資源,圖書(shū)館在對(duì)其資源進(jìn)行組織的過(guò)程中,需要有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范作為支撐。我國(guó)雖然也建立了信息組織領(lǐng)域相當(dāng)數(shù)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,但是在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范開(kāi)發(fā)管理方面仍然存在一定的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)我國(guó)信息組織領(lǐng)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范與國(guó)際上先進(jìn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的開(kāi)發(fā)管理進(jìn)行比較研究,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)該領(lǐng)域內(nèi)存在的問(wèn)題并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出合理的建議。
[Abstract]:Library is a system mechanism to provide information resources and services. In order to make the users obtain the related resources more conveniently, the library needs to have unified standards and norms as the support in the process of organizing its resources. Although China has also established a considerable number of standard norms in the field of information organization, there are still some problems in the development and management of standards and norms. This paper makes a comparative study on the development and management of the standards and norms in the field of information organization in China and the advanced standards and norms in the world in order to find out the problems existing in this field and to put forward some reasonable suggestions for these problems.
