【摘要】：學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)的發(fā)展對(duì)學(xué)科館員服務(wù)能力提出了新要求。文章在闡釋"學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力"內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)學(xué)科館員學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力的層次與構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了梳理、歸納,將學(xué)科館員知識(shí)服務(wù)能力歸納為一般學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力、較高學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力和最高學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力3個(gè)能力層次以及相應(yīng)的8個(gè)能力項(xiàng)目,探討了加強(qiáng)學(xué)科知識(shí)服務(wù)能力建設(shè)的3個(gè)機(jī)制,即建立考核激勵(lì)機(jī)制、人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制和知識(shí)共享機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The development of subject knowledge service puts forward new requirements for subject librarian service ability. On the basis of explaining the connotation of "subject knowledge service ability", this paper sorts out the level and composition of subject librarian's subject knowledge service ability, and sums up the subject librarian's knowledge service ability as the general subject knowledge service ability. This paper discusses three mechanisms of strengthening the construction of subject knowledge service capacity, that is, setting up an examination incentive mechanism, in order to improve the knowledge service ability of the discipline and the highest knowledge service ability of the subject, and the corresponding eight ability projects. Talent training mechanism and knowledge sharing mechanism.
