【摘要】：本文分析了法定條件下村莊檔案的定義,指出其具有特色性、綜合性、復(fù)雜性、動態(tài)性等特點,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外村莊檔案建設(shè)工作的發(fā)展情況分析了當(dāng)前我國進行村莊檔案建設(shè)工作的必要性;探討了目前我國村莊檔案建設(shè)工作存在的法規(guī)不完善、思想上不重視、制度不健全、信息化建設(shè)滯后、人才缺乏、開發(fā)利用不夠等主要問題;針對存在的問題,提出了做好村莊檔案建設(shè)工作的措施。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the definition of village archives under the legal conditions, and points out that they are characteristic, comprehensive, complex, dynamic and so on. According to the development of the village archives construction at home and abroad, this paper analyzes on the necessity of the village archives construction in our country at present, probes into the imperfections of the laws and regulations existing in the village archives construction work in our country at present, does not attach importance to it ideologically, and the system is not perfect. The main problems, such as the lag of information construction, the lack of talents and the insufficient development and utilization, are discussed, and the measures to do well in the construction of village archives are put forward in view of the existing problems.
