【摘要】：【目的/意義】在認(rèn)知視角下探析網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶(hù)偏好的心理因素,提出用戶(hù)偏好復(fù)合模型及其基本假設(shè),從而豐富和深化信息服務(wù)個(gè)性化的理論研究�！痉椒�/過(guò)程】以記憶和情感兩種偏好的主要認(rèn)知影響因素入手,凝練用戶(hù)偏好的概念并提出用戶(hù)偏好復(fù)合模型,繼而基于復(fù)合模型特征和機(jī)制提出相關(guān)假設(shè)并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最后使用實(shí)例進(jìn)行可視化展示�！窘Y(jié)果/結(jié)論】用戶(hù)偏好是主體經(jīng)驗(yàn)和情感共同影響下對(duì)客體的心理認(rèn)知傾向,記憶深度和情感強(qiáng)度是其兩大認(rèn)知基石,其形成過(guò)程需要時(shí)間的積淀,用戶(hù)偏好具有層次性的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),包括即時(shí)偏好、短期偏好與長(zhǎng)期偏好三種不同類(lèi)型。特別地,短期偏好具有7天這一較為明確的時(shí)間性閾值。
[Abstract]:Objective / meaning: to explore the psychological factors of network users' preferences from a cognitive perspective, and put forward a composite model of user preference and its basic assumptions. In order to enrich and deepen the theoretical research of individuation of information service. [methods / process] based on the main cognitive factors of memory and emotion preferences, the concept of user preference is condensed and a compound model of user preference is proposed. Then, based on the characteristics and mechanism of the composite model, the hypothesis is proposed and verified. Finally, a visual presentation is made with an example. [result / conclusion] user preference is the psychological cognitive tendency of the object under the influence of the subject's experience and emotion together. The depth of memory and the intensity of emotion are the two major cognitive cornerstones, and the forming process requires time accumulation. User preference has a hierarchical compound structure, including instant preference, short-term preference and long-term preference. In particular, the short-term preference has a definite time threshold of 7 days.
