【摘要】：[目的/意義]在OA期刊影響力與質(zhì)量不斷提高的背景下,通過開展國際OA期刊數(shù)據(jù)政策調(diào)研,以期對(duì)我國科研人員投稿及我國OA期刊的發(fā)展建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)意見。[方法/過程]首先根據(jù)《OA期刊排行榜報(bào)告》確定有代表性的研究對(duì)象,再依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)政策研究框架對(duì)OA期刊開放數(shù)據(jù)、版權(quán)許可等相關(guān)方面的政策與聲明進(jìn)行內(nèi)容分析與解讀。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]國際主流OA期刊的數(shù)據(jù)政策目前已比較完善,我國OA期刊在數(shù)據(jù)政策的制定中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范、審查、存儲(chǔ)、權(quán)益保護(hù)等方面的建設(shè),提高數(shù)據(jù)政策研究的實(shí)證性、加強(qiáng)與機(jī)構(gòu)知識(shí)庫合作、增強(qiáng)OA期刊的社會(huì)認(rèn)同度、以及確立通用的數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] under the background of the continuous improvement of the influence and quality of OA periodicals, through the research on the data policy of international OA journals, the author hopes to provide guidance for the contribution of Chinese researchers and the development and construction of OA periodicals in China. [method / process] first of all, according to the report of OA Journal ranking, the representative research object is determined, and then according to the framework of data policy research, the content analysis and interpretation of OA periodical open data, copyright license and other related policies and statements are carried out. [results / conclusion] the data policy of the international mainstream OA journals has been relatively perfect, and the construction of data standardization, examination, storage, protection of rights and interests should be strengthened in the formulation of data policy in China's OA periodicals. To improve the positivism of data policy research, to strengthen the cooperation with institutional knowledge base, to enhance the social identity of OA journals, and to establish common data standards.
