【摘要】：基于過程的視角,文章將社會化標(biāo)注環(huán)境下用戶對社會化標(biāo)注系統(tǒng)的從采納和接受到持續(xù)使用,再到在系統(tǒng)中圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源和信息渠道的具體信息活動視為一個持續(xù)循環(huán)的行為過程。由此構(gòu)建了由采納與接受行為、一般使用行為和具體信息行為3個模塊構(gòu)成的社會化標(biāo)注環(huán)境下用戶信息行為的集成化模型,并以問卷調(diào)查收集到的科研人員的信息行為數(shù)據(jù)為例,通過實證研究說明各模塊信息行為的含義及內(nèi)容,揭示和評價當(dāng)前社會化標(biāo)注環(huán)境下用戶信息行為的現(xiàn)狀和特點。
[Abstract]:Based on the process perspective, this paper introduces the users' social tagging system from the adoption and acceptance to the continuous use in the environment of social tagging. Then the specific information activities around network information resources and information channels in the system are regarded as a continuous circular behavior process. Thus, an integrated model of user information behavior in social tagging environment is constructed, which consists of three modules: adoption and acceptance behavior, general use behavior and specific information behavior. Taking the information behavior data collected by questionnaire as an example, this paper explains the meaning and content of information behavior in each module through empirical research, and reveals and evaluates the current situation and characteristics of information behavior of users in the current socialized tagging environment.
