【摘要】：正時代的發(fā)展推動著人類進入了信息化的潮流當中,網絡技術與計算機技術正在以巨大的力量改變著人類社會。通過整合組織資源,以實現(xiàn)組織為目標的管理科學也正在發(fā)生著深刻的改變。當前,信息技術的普及應用給圖書館管理工作添加了活力與生氣,廣大圖書館管理員都積極投入到了網絡圖書館管理以及信息技術圖書館管理當中。圖書館已經邁入了現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展軌道。從社會行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況來看,圖書館的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展并沒有顯著提升圖書館的
