【摘要】：明代是公文理論大發(fā)展的時(shí)期,明人在聚焦公文功用的同時(shí),也圍繞著公文的檔案價(jià)值展開了集中討論,其形成的理論共識(shí)可與現(xiàn)代檔案學(xué)理論中的相關(guān)概念一一對應(yīng)。明人針對公文文本所追求的"經(jīng)濟(jì)""實(shí)錄""為后世法"等屬性,分別對應(yīng)著公文檔案的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值、憑證價(jià)值和情報(bào)價(jià)值,對這些屬性的認(rèn)識(shí),使明人極為看重公文本身,并從中挖掘出了可供政務(wù)參考的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The Ming Dynasty is a period of great development of the theory of official documents. While focusing on the function of official documents, the Ming people also discussed the archives value of official documents. The theoretical consensus formed by the Ming Dynasty can correspond to the relevant concepts in modern archives theory one by one. In view of the realistic value, the credential value and the intelligence value of the official documents, the Ming people attached great importance to the official documents themselves, and excavated the realistic value for the reference of the government affairs.
