全民閱讀背景下殘障兒童閱讀權(quán)利保障研究

【摘要】:全民閱讀背景下公益閱讀興起并持續(xù)發(fā)展,面向殘障兒童的閱讀權(quán)利保障必要性日益凸顯。文章分析了我國(guó)殘障兒童閱讀權(quán)利保障與發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,探討了制約殘障兒童閱讀權(quán)利實(shí)現(xiàn)的要素,提出了聚焦殘障兒童閱讀需求、優(yōu)化殘障兒童閱讀體驗(yàn)、完善殘障兒童閱讀立法等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Under the background of national reading, the public reading rises and develops continuously, and the necessity of guaranteeing the reading rights for disabled children is becoming more and more prominent. This paper analyzes the present situation of the guarantee and development of the reading rights of disabled children in China, probes into the factors that restrict the realization of the reading rights of disabled children, and puts forward the following points: focusing on the reading needs of disabled children and optimizing the reading experience of disabled children. Improve the reading legislation of disabled children and other countermeasures.
