【摘要】：文章在描述快速響應(yīng)情報體系"物理-事理-人理"的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上,融入綜合集成思想,以知識體系、機器體系和專家體系為核心分析快速響應(yīng)情報體系的構(gòu)成框架,并以天津港"8·12"爆炸事故為案例對綜合集成研討廳進行了設(shè)計和討論,對于不確定性環(huán)境下面向突發(fā)事件的快速響應(yīng)應(yīng)急決策具有重要啟示和應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:On the basis of describing the system structure of the rapid response information system "physics, principle and human theory", this paper integrates the integrated thought and analyzes the frame of the rapid response information system with the core of knowledge system, machine system and expert system. Taking the "8 12" explosion accident of Tianjin Port as a case study, the design and discussion of the comprehensive integration research hall are carried out, which has important enlightenment and application value for the emergency decision oriented to emergency response in the uncertain environment.
