【摘要】：機構知識庫的定位除了機構倉儲和開放獲取以外,更應將其作為科研機構的知識基礎設施,為高校內各級部門和科研人員提供更多的科研相關服務。機構知識庫要發(fā)揮支撐科研管理方面的服務功能,需要與高校職能部門的信息系統(tǒng)有更多的融合和集成。文章研究了目前高校內其他信息系統(tǒng)與機構知識庫共建共享的需求,列舉了一些國內的應用案例,并討論了機構知識庫與高校信息系統(tǒng)共建共享工作中一些需要注意的問題。
[Abstract]:In addition to institutional storage and open access, institutional knowledge base should be regarded as the knowledge infrastructure of scientific research institutions to provide more scientific research related services for all levels of departments and researchers in colleges and universities. In order to play the service function of supporting scientific research management, the institutional knowledge base needs more integration and integration with the information system of the functional departments in colleges and universities. This paper studies the needs of co-construction and sharing of other information systems and institutional knowledge bases in colleges and universities, enumerates some domestic application cases, and discusses some problems needing attention in the co-construction and sharing of institutional knowledge bases and university information systems.
