【摘要】：本文面對政府采購文件歸檔管理現(xiàn)實需求和法律要求,進行保障采購業(yè)務電子檔案證據(jù)價值的技術與管理措施、電子檔案管理系統(tǒng)需求、效益分析等方面的創(chuàng)新性研究,形成能夠指導政府采購文件"單套制"歸檔管理實踐的研究成果。
[Abstract]:In the face of the actual demands and legal requirements of government procurement document archiving management, this paper carries out innovative research on the technical and management measures to protect the value of electronic archives evidence, the requirements of electronic archives management system, the benefit analysis, and so on. To form the research results that can guide the practice of government procurement documents filing and management.
