【摘要】：本文在探討檔案概念外延的基礎上,旨在研究工程檔案文件的外延超出歸檔范圍多少合適,亦即工程檔案文件外延的適度性。通過研究和把握工程檔案文件外延的適度性,可以指導建設項目檔案的歸檔整理,涉及項目所涵蓋工程文件的鑒定和取舍、保留和剔除,同時可為歸檔范圍的更新、修改提供有價值的反饋意見。
[Abstract]:On the basis of discussing the extension of the concept of archives, this paper aims to study the appropriateness of the extension of engineering archives beyond the scope of archiving, that is, the appropriateness of the extension of engineering archives. By studying and grasping the appropriateness of the extension of the engineering archives, we can guide the archiving and arrangement of the construction project archives, which involve the identification and selection, retention and elimination of the engineering documents covered by the project, and at the same time, it can update the archiving scope. Modifications provide valuable feedback.
