【摘要】：【目的】調(diào)查涉及動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床試驗(yàn)論文的倫理規(guī)范,并對(duì)《第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》在踐行中遇到的典型案例進(jìn)行分析�！痉椒ā坷弥袊�(guó)知網(wǎng)或通過(guò)期刊調(diào)查方式,分別檢索并選取動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和涉及人的臨床試驗(yàn)研究(包括前瞻性研究、回顧性研究、取自人體標(biāo)本研究、人群調(diào)查研究)各20篇,以調(diào)查其倫理規(guī)范。挑選《第三軍醫(yī)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》最近發(fā)表的有代表性的5篇論文作為典型案例,對(duì)作者的倫理表述規(guī)范程度進(jìn)行審查和分析�！窘Y(jié)果】調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:作者對(duì)涉及人的臨床試驗(yàn)研究倫理聲明的規(guī)范程度明顯強(qiáng)于動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn),動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)存在倫理委員會(huì)審批缺失,臨床試驗(yàn)論文也存在患者知情同意、倫理委員會(huì)審批或臨床試驗(yàn)注冊(cè)的缺失。從挑選的最近發(fā)表的5篇論文來(lái)看,在初步踐行倫理規(guī)范之后,作者的倫理表述規(guī)范程度明顯增強(qiáng)�！窘Y(jié)論】對(duì)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)及臨床試驗(yàn)倫理規(guī)范的初步踐行,強(qiáng)化了作者的出版?zhèn)惱硪庾R(shí),但仍需要編輯不斷引導(dǎo)作者規(guī)范倫理聲明。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the ethical norms related to the articles on animal experiments and clinical trials, and to analyze the typical cases encountered in the practice of Journal of the third military Medical University. 20 animal experimental studies and 20 clinical trials involving human beings (including prospective studies, retrospective studies, human specimen studies, and population-based studies) were retrieved and selected to investigate their ethical norms. Five representative papers recently published in the Journal of the third military Medical University were selected as typical cases. A review and analysis of the author's ethical statements was made. [results] the results showed that the author's ethical statements concerning clinical trials involving human beings were significantly stronger than those of animal experiments. There is a lack of ethics committee approval, clinical trial papers, patients' informed consent, ethics committee approval or clinical trial registration. From the selected five recently published papers, it is found that after the initial practice of the ethical norms, the author's ethical expression norms are significantly enhanced. [conclusion] the preliminary practice of the ethical norms of animal experiments and clinical trials, It strengthens the author's consciousness of publishing ethics, but it still needs the editor to guide the author to regulate the ethical statement.
