進(jìn)修館員返回工作崗位后知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)證研究——以新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院圖書館為例

【摘要】:利用深度訪談法和布萊克勒知識(shí)分類,以新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院圖書館為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,以說明館員進(jìn)修和培訓(xùn)對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的作用,檢查識(shí)別館員知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移類型和自我權(quán)益保護(hù)的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),館員進(jìn)修、培訓(xùn)返回工作崗位后,其知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移行為會(huì)遇到一些實(shí)質(zhì)性的障礙,如,技術(shù)收斂型、嵌入式知識(shí)和文化適應(yīng)認(rèn)知型、隱性知識(shí)“交易”型等障礙,且知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移自愿性較差,布萊克勒隱性知識(shí)的五種類型也呈現(xiàn)模糊和重疊現(xiàn)象。針對(duì)上述問題,本文提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:By using the method of in-depth interview and Blackler classification of knowledge, this paper takes the library of Xinxiang Medical College as an example to illustrate the role of librarians' further education and training in knowledge transfer, and to examine the relationship between identifying librarians' types of knowledge transfer and self-protection of their rights and interests. The study found that when librarians return to work, their knowledge transfer behavior will encounter some substantial obstacles, such as technology convergence, embedded knowledge and cultural adaptation cognitive type, tacit knowledge "transaction" type, etc. Moreover, the voluntary nature of knowledge transfer is poor, and the five types of Blackler tacit knowledge also show ambiguity and overlap. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
