【摘要】：本文針對當(dāng)前高校文檢課教師隊(duì)伍存在的師資隊(duì)伍斷層、培訓(xùn)進(jìn)修機(jī)會少、知識結(jié)構(gòu)多元化缺失、教師角色定位不明確等現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合沈陽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)文檢課教師、查新員及學(xué)科館員深度融合的師資培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)踐及多年文檢課的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出文檢課師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)新思考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author aims at the current situation of the teachers of document inspection in colleges and universities, such as lack of training opportunities, lack of diversified knowledge structure, unclear role of teachers, and so on, combining with the teachers of document inspection in Shenyang Agricultural University. The practice of the teacher training mode of the deep integration of the novelty searcher and the subject librarian and the teaching experience of the document retrieval course for many years are put forward, and a new thinking on the construction of the teaching staff of the document retrieval course is put forward.
