【摘要】：智能化的技術(shù)環(huán)境為用戶帶來不同以往的體驗(yàn),用戶信息行為研究也隨之產(chǎn)生新的變化。本文以iConference2017會(huì)議中有關(guān)用戶信息行為的研究文獻(xiàn)為切入點(diǎn),并融合近年來相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展,來探索近年來用戶信息行為研究的進(jìn)展與趨勢。對(duì)會(huì)議中具有代表性的用戶信息行為主題文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,發(fā)現(xiàn)協(xié)同、移動(dòng)與智能成為新的研究情境和出發(fā)點(diǎn),因而本文從群體協(xié)同信息行為、移動(dòng)用戶信息行為、基于用戶體驗(yàn)的智能交互技術(shù)三個(gè)主要方面進(jìn)行闡述,發(fā)現(xiàn)近年來用戶信息行為研究充分與智能化、移動(dòng)化的技術(shù)環(huán)境相融合,探求群體用戶信息行為特征、用戶感知與認(rèn)知因素,改進(jìn)交互設(shè)計(jì)與技術(shù),以便最終實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為中心的信息服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The intelligent technology environment brings users different experiences, and the research of user's information behavior also brings about new changes. This paper focuses on the research literature on user information behavior in iConference2017 conference and combines the related research progress in recent years to explore the progress and trend of user information behavior research in recent years. Through combing the representative literature on user information behavior in the conference, it is found that collaboration, mobility and intelligence become the new research context and starting point. Therefore, this paper focuses on group cooperative information behavior, mobile user information behavior, and mobile user information behavior. Three main aspects of intelligent interaction technology based on user experience are described. It is found that the research on user information behavior is fully integrated with intelligent and mobile technology environment in recent years, and the characteristics of information behavior of group users are explored. User perception and cognitive factors, improved interaction design and technology, in order to achieve the ultimate people-centered information services.
