論權力與檔案形成的相互建構

【摘要】:權力與檔案形成相互建構。一方面,權力憑借自身的權威性和強制性有目的地對檔案的形成進行建構,檔案的主要來源、存在類別以及實體內容都受到權力的深刻控制、干預或左右。另一方面,形成之后的檔案也因其原始記錄性和憑證性價值而建構和強化了權力,這主要表現在產生和確認權力、保障和加強權力以及監(jiān)督和控制權力三個方面。權力與檔案形成相互建構的關系給檔案界帶來了許多有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:The formation of power and archives are mutually constructed. On the one hand, the power by its own authority and mandatory purposeful construction of the formation of archives, the main sources of archives, categories of existence and substantive content are deeply controlled by power, intervention or influence. On the other hand, the formed archives also construct and strengthen the power because of its original record and voucher value, which is mainly manifested in three aspects: the generation and confirmation of power, the protection and strengthening of power, and the supervision and control of power. The relationship between power and archives has brought a lot of beneficial enlightenment to archival circle.
