【摘要】："電子系統(tǒng)中文件真實性永久保障國際合作項目"(Inter PARES)已經(jīng)持續(xù)了18年,研究興趣始終著重于數(shù)字文件管理與保存帶來的問題與挑戰(zhàn)。基于該項目第一、第二研究階段所取得的理論與方法論的成果,第三階段側(cè)重于將研究成果應(yīng)用于中、小檔案機構(gòu)的實踐,第四階段則將研究進一步轉(zhuǎn)移到文件的可信性領(lǐng)域這一日益引起全球關(guān)注的課題。本文介紹了整個項目前三個階段的主要成就,并概述了第四階段迄今為止產(chǎn)生的研究成果。同時也簡介了該項目下一步的研究計劃與方向。
[Abstract]:The International Cooperative Program for the permanent guarantee of document authenticity in Electronic Systems (Inter PARES) has been going on for 18 years, and its research interests have always focused on the problems and challenges posed by the management and preservation of digital documents. Based on the theoretical and methodological results achieved in the first and second stages of the project, the third phase focuses on the application of the research results to the practice of small archival institutions, The fourth phase will further shift the research into the credibility of the document, a subject of increasing global concern. This paper introduces the main achievements of the first three phases of the project, and summarizes the research results of the fourth stage so far. At the same time, it also introduces the next research plan and direction of the project.
