【摘要】：正神華寧夏煤業(yè)集團(tuán)400萬(wàn)噸/年煤炭間接液化項(xiàng)目(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"煤制油項(xiàng)目")是世界煤化工史上一次性投資規(guī)模最大、單套裝置最大、具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的煤制油項(xiàng)目,也是"十二五"時(shí)期國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的煤炭深加工示范項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目以打造國(guó)家優(yōu)質(zhì)工程、世紀(jì)工程為目標(biāo),以創(chuàng)評(píng)全國(guó)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目檔案管理示范工程為標(biāo)桿,大力開展項(xiàng)目文檔管理新體制、機(jī)制、措施和方法的探索與創(chuàng)新,開創(chuàng)性地進(jìn)行了以工程文檔現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制與檔案一體化同步管理的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,實(shí)現(xiàn)了項(xiàng)目文檔
[Abstract]:The 4 million t / a indirect coal liquefaction project of Zhengshenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group (hereinafter referred to as "Coal Oil production Project") is the largest one-time investment project in the history of coal chemical industry in the world, the largest single unit, and the coal oil production project with independent intellectual property rights. It is also the national key construction of coal deep processing demonstration project during the 12 th five-year plan. The project aims at building national high quality projects, century projects as the goal, and the national construction project archives management demonstration project as the benchmark to vigorously carry out the exploration and innovation of the new system, mechanism, measures and methods of project document management. In this paper, the application practice of project document field control and file integration management is carried out in a groundbreaking way, and the project document is realized.
