【摘要】：正中央材料科是黨中央到陜北后成立的中央檔案保管機構,是中央檔案館前身的重要組成部分。1材料科的成立及職責任務據(jù)黃霖(材料科最早的保管員)、裴桐回憶:中央材料科成立于1935年。按照材料科的職能任務,除了保管中央現(xiàn)行文書檔案外,還保管中央蘇區(qū)和長征中形成的歷史文件,同時兼管中央的收文處理,因此它是中央辦公活動必不可少的部門。是中央秘書處下屬的一個科、當時中央秘書處下屬有文書科、材料科、機要科、總務科。中央秘書處直接由
