【摘要】：檔案副本的概念最早可以在西周的儒家經(jīng)典《周禮》中發(fā)現(xiàn)蹤跡。古代的檔案副本更多的是采用文書(shū)形式。在生產(chǎn)力低下的年代,人們不惜成本制作數(shù)量眾多的副本,真正原因是為了加強(qiáng)行政管理,而不僅僅是為了保護(hù)原始檔案。檔案副本的功能較多,除了正規(guī)功能之外,還有圖書(shū)、文件等衍生功能。自古以來(lái),檔案副本就有著突出的社會(huì)治理優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)人類(lèi)社會(huì)的發(fā)展起著積極的作用。
[Abstract]:The concept of file copy can be first found in the Confucian Classics of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Ancient copies of the archives are more used in the form of documents. In an age of low productivity, the real reason for making large numbers of copies at any cost is to strengthen administration, not just to preserve the original files. File copy more functions, in addition to the formal function, there are books, documents and other derivative functions. Since ancient times, the copy of archives has outstanding social governance advantages, and plays an active role in the development of human society.
