【摘要】：文章以時間為線索,對古代、近代與現(xiàn)代檔案安全管理實踐歷程進行了梳理,并將我國檔案安全管理研究劃分四個階段:以引進歐美檔案保管理論為基礎(chǔ)的起步階段;以檔案實體安全保護為焦點的發(fā)展階段;以檔案實體與信息安全為對象的上升階段;以建立檔案安全體系為目標的完善階段。
[Abstract]:Based on the clue of time, this paper combs the practical course of archives security management in ancient, modern and modern times, and divides the study of archives security management into four stages: the initial stage based on the introduction of the archives custody theory in Europe and the United States; The development stage focuses on the security protection of archival entity, the rising stage of archival entity and information security, and the perfect stage of establishing archival security system.
