【摘要】：目前圖書館公益活動(dòng)檔案存在著從業(yè)人員職業(yè)技能缺乏、公益活動(dòng)檔案經(jīng)費(fèi)缺乏、圖書館公益活動(dòng)服務(wù)手段單一及圖書館公益活動(dòng)檔案資源缺少等阻礙社會(huì)公共服務(wù)和公益性教育實(shí)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。文章探討了構(gòu)建圖書館公益活動(dòng)檔案中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和方法,有助于提高我國(guó)群眾文化素質(zhì),改善人民群眾的精神文化生活。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a lack of professional skills of practitioners in the archives of public welfare activities in the library, and a lack of funds for the archives of public welfare activities. The single service means of library public welfare activities and the lack of archives resources of library public welfare activities hinder the realization of social public service and public welfare education. This paper probes into the problems existing in the construction of the archives of library public welfare activities, and puts forward some countermeasures and methods to solve the problems, which will help to improve the cultural quality of the masses and the spiritual and cultural life of the masses of the people.
