【摘要】：大學(xué)圖書館具有一般圖書館的所有特征,其作為大學(xué)的有機(jī)構(gòu)成,也是一個廣義的教育機(jī)構(gòu)。因此,大學(xué)圖書館既具有服務(wù)的功能,也具有教育的功能。這種認(rèn)識雖然近乎常識,但大學(xué)圖書館功能的實(shí)際發(fā)揮仍有上升的空間。為了適應(yīng)大學(xué)發(fā)展對圖書館的新的需求,我們需要在實(shí)踐層面回答如何"實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)圖書館的功能",這一問題牽涉到工作的原則。在服務(wù)上,應(yīng)并用職業(yè)技術(shù)和職業(yè)情感;在教育上,應(yīng)把閱讀引導(dǎo)和行為規(guī)范結(jié)合起來。
[Abstract]:The university library has all the characteristics of the general library. As an organic composition of the university, it is also an educational institution in a broad sense. Therefore, the university library not only has the function of service, but also has the function of education. Although this kind of cognition is close to common sense, but the actual exertion of university library's function still has the space to rise. In order to meet the new demand of university development, we need to answer how to "realize the function of university library" in practice. This question involves the principle of work. In service, vocational technique and professional emotion should be used, and in education, reading guidance and behavior standard should be combined.
