【摘要】：[目的 /意義]用戶的檢索式行為是用戶信息搜索的重要環(huán)節(jié),本文擬通過綜述的形式對這些研究進行梳理,形成較為完整的綜述。[方法/過程]通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的梳理,將檢索式構(gòu)建行為劃分為檢索詞、檢索式和會話層三個層面,以及詞匯、語法和語義三個維度,對每個維度及不同維度之間的研究的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系進行討論,并對檢索式的重構(gòu)行為、檢索式的質(zhì)量和效果評估、以及影響用戶檢索式行為的要素等幾個方面的相關(guān)研究進行總結(jié)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]已有研究對于檢索式行為中的檢索詞和檢索式的詞匯研究較為豐富,未來需要增加對檢索式的語法和語義的研究,以便深入理解用戶的檢索式構(gòu)成特征。另外,關(guān)于檢索式重構(gòu)的類別和模式的自動識別的探索有所不足。在檢索式的質(zhì)量和效果評估方面,還需結(jié)合多種情境因素,更深入地研究易于用戶理解和利于其搜索的檢索式推薦模式。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the retrieval behavior of users is an important link in user information search. This paper intends to comb these studies in the form of a summary to form a more complete summary. [method / process] by combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, the retrieval construction behavior is divided into three levels: search word, retrieval style and conversation level, and three dimensions of vocabulary, grammar and semantics. The difference and relation between each dimension and different dimension are discussed, and the reconstructing behavior, the quality and effect of retrieval are evaluated. As well as the factors affecting the user search behavior and other aspects of the relevant research summarized. [results / conclusion] there are plenty of researches on search words and retrieval words in retrieval behavior. In the future, it is necessary to increase the research on the grammar and semantics of retrieval forms in order to understand the structural characteristics of users' retrieval styles in depth. In addition, the exploration of automatic recognition of categories and patterns of retrieval reconstruction is insufficient. In the aspect of quality and effect evaluation of retrieval style, it is necessary to further study the retrieval recommendation model which is easy for users to understand and facilitate their search by combining various contextual factors.
