【摘要】：隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下人們?cè)絹?lái)越依賴(lài)移動(dòng)設(shè)備獲取信息,傳統(tǒng)的檔案服務(wù)已經(jīng)不能完全滿足檔案用戶(hù)的需求,檔案館需要抓住移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的這一機(jī)遇,勇敢迎接挑戰(zhàn)。如何拓展服務(wù)功能,如何創(chuàng)新服務(wù)模式,如何向社會(huì)大眾提供更加便捷的檔案信息服務(wù),這些問(wèn)題越來(lái)越表明檔案館應(yīng)該改變傳統(tǒng)的檔案服務(wù)。可見(jiàn)檔案館開(kāi)展移動(dòng)服務(wù),是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大環(huán)境下,檔案館信息服務(wù)的必然選擇和最佳路徑。論文的第一部分導(dǎo)論從選題背景開(kāi)始,闡明筆者選題的意義,接著對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外兩個(gè)方面的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié),形成國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,最后說(shuō)明筆者的研究思路、研究方法和論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。論文的第二部分從移動(dòng)服務(wù)出發(fā),介紹了移動(dòng)服務(wù)的概念及其特點(diǎn),并接著介紹微博、微信和APP的相關(guān)概念、特點(diǎn)及其適用范圍。論文的第三部分從四個(gè)方面分析了移動(dòng)服務(wù)在檔案館信息服務(wù)中的必要性和可行性。論文的第四部分通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)收集和整理,分析了目前檔案館在微博、微信和APP三種移動(dòng)服務(wù)上的現(xiàn)狀。并且在微博、微信和APP中分別舉例進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)各自存在的問(wèn)題。最后再根據(jù)第三部分對(duì)檔案館開(kāi)展移動(dòng)服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀的分析,筆者總結(jié)了目前檔案館開(kāi)展移動(dòng)服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述存在的問(wèn)題,在文章的第五部分,筆者對(duì)檔案館移動(dòng)服務(wù)提出了改進(jìn)策略,用來(lái)解決第四部分總結(jié)的關(guān)于檔案館移動(dòng)服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,并在拓展移動(dòng)服務(wù)功能方面提出了自己的看法。最后論文的第六部分,筆者就檔案館移動(dòng)服務(wù)的體系架構(gòu)提出了自己的設(shè)想,分為基礎(chǔ)層級(jí)體系和移動(dòng)服務(wù)共享體系兩大塊。在當(dāng)今互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,檔案館應(yīng)該快速的接受挑戰(zhàn)并作出改變,以便更好地與用戶(hù)交流互動(dòng),也能為用戶(hù)提供更好的服務(wù)。雖然現(xiàn)在關(guān)于檔案館移動(dòng)服務(wù)還存在不足,但是隨著檔案館越來(lái)越重視的趨勢(shì),檔案館一定會(huì)做出更好的改變和完善。
[Abstract]:With the rise of mobile Internet, people rely more and more on mobile devices to obtain information in the Internet environment. Traditional archival services can no longer fully meet the needs of archival users. Archives need to seize the opportunity of the development of mobile Internet. Meet the challenge bravely. How to expand the service function, how to innovate the service mode, how to provide more convenient archives information service to the public, these problems more and more indicate that archives should change the traditional archives service. It can be seen that developing mobile services in archives is the inevitable choice and the best way for archives information service under the environment of mobile Internet. The first part of the paper begins with the background of the selected topic, clarifies the significance of the author's topic, then summarizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature, forms the domestic and foreign literature review, and finally explains the author's research ideas. Research methods and innovative points of the paper. The second part of the thesis introduces the concept and characteristics of mobile service, and then introduces the related concepts, characteristics and application scope of Weibo, WeChat and app. The third part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of mobile service in archives information service from four aspects. In the fourth part of the paper, the current situation of Weibo, WeChat and app is analyzed through the statistical collection and collation of data. And in Weibo, WeChat and app analysis examples, and summed up their existing problems. Finally, according to the third part of the analysis of the status quo of mobile services in archives, the author summarizes the existing problems in the development of mobile services in archives. In the fifth part of the article, the author puts forward some strategies to improve the mobile services of archives, which is used to solve the problems of mobile services in archives summarized in the fourth part. And in the development of mobile services in terms of their own views. Finally, in the sixth part of the thesis, the author puts forward his own idea on the architecture of mobile services in archives, which is divided into two parts: the basic hierarchy system and the mobile service sharing system. In today's Internet environment, archives should quickly accept challenges and make changes in order to better interact with users and provide better services for users. Although there are still some shortcomings in the mobile services of archives, with the increasing attention of archives, archives will make better changes and improvements.
