【摘要】：正11月20日,記者從北京市人民檢察院獲悉,京津冀三地檢察機(jī)關(guān)將進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化行賄犯罪檔案查詢協(xié)作,針對(duì)國(guó)家重大工程項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展查詢綠色通道建設(shè),快速受理投標(biāo)企業(yè)或招標(biāo)方查詢申請(qǐng),為企業(yè)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的查詢服務(wù)。日前,京津冀三地檢察機(jī)關(guān)聯(lián)合出臺(tái)相關(guān)指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。意見(jiàn)明確,三地檢察機(jī)關(guān)在重點(diǎn)工程項(xiàng)目職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防、服務(wù)非首都功能疏解、強(qiáng)化行賄犯罪檔案查詢等方面將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)協(xié)作,服務(wù)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展
[Abstract]:On November 20, the reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal people's Procuratorate that the procuratorial organs of the three places in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will further strengthen the cooperation of file inquiry on bribery crimes, and carry out the construction of inquiry green channels for major state projects. Quick acceptance of bidding enterprise or tenderee inquiry application, for enterprises to provide high-quality, efficient query services. A few days ago, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei procuratorial organs jointly issued relevant guidance. It is clear that the procuratorial organs of the three places will further strengthen cooperation and serve the synergistic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the areas of prevention of crimes committed by duty in key projects, the function of service for non-capital projects, and strengthening the inquiry of bribery crime files, etc.
