【摘要】：俄羅斯圖書館協(xié)會正式成立于1995年,20年中帶領(lǐng)俄羅斯圖書館界成功地克服了俄羅斯新歷史時期的諸多困難,將圖書館及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的服務(wù)、活動等納入了規(guī)范性標(biāo)準、規(guī)劃、法規(guī)及法律制度的調(diào)整、保障范圍內(nèi),共召開的20次年會是一幅展示和反映俄羅斯圖書館事業(yè)與協(xié)會發(fā)展的宏觀畫卷。文章僅以對俄羅斯圖書館協(xié)會的創(chuàng)建、發(fā)展及20次年會進行介紹、梳理,"管窺"俄羅斯圖書館領(lǐng)域隨時代變化而發(fā)生的不斷變革,為全面地了解、認識和研究俄羅斯圖書館事業(yè)及其圖書館協(xié)會提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:The Russian Library Association was formally established in 1995. In 20 years, it led the Russian library community to successfully overcome many difficulties in the new historical period of Russia, and incorporated the services and activities of the library and related fields into the normative standard and planning. Within the scope of regulation and legal system adjustment, the 20 annual meetings are a macro picture showing and reflecting the development of Russian library undertaking and association. By introducing the establishment, development and 20 annual meetings of the Russian Library Association, this paper reviews the continuous changes that have taken place in the field of Russian libraries with the changes of the times, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of them. To understand and study the library industry and its library association in Russia provides a useful reference.
