【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對(duì)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)在政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放過程中的資源描述問題,提出四層結(jié)構(gòu)的資源描述方法,滿足政府開放數(shù)據(jù)資源描述要求,加快政府開放數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)程。[方法 /過程]在分析政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放特點(diǎn)下的描述要求的基礎(chǔ)上,引入DC、Vo ID、DCAT等元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)資源進(jìn)行目錄描述、數(shù)據(jù)集描述、關(guān)聯(lián)描述和訪問描述。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]該描述方法可以為開放后的數(shù)據(jù)共享、查找、管理等提供有效的支持,幫助實(shí)現(xiàn)真正意義上的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開放。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] aiming at the problem of resource description in the process of government data opening in China, a four-layer structure resource description method is proposed to meet the requirements of government open data resource description and speed up the process of government open data. [methods / process] on the basis of analyzing the description requirements of government data openness, the metadata standards such as DCVO IDDCAT are introduced to describe the data resources, such as catalog description, data set description, association description and access description. [results / conclusion] this description method can provide effective support for open data sharing, searching, management and so on, and help to realize the true government data openness.
